Delete your Explorify account. You can ask us to close and delete your Explorify portal account here, or in the Explorify app under Settings > Close or delete my account.

Closing an account takes up to 45 working days so that open bookings, supplier refunds and your remaining balance can be settled. Your remaining balance is then paid to a bank account in your name, after the deductions set out in the B2B Portal Terms and Conditions (and, for company accounts only, a closure fee of USD 510). When closure is complete we delete your account and personal data, except booking, payment and accounting records we must keep by law (up to 7 years) and identity documents where anti-money-laundering or tax law requires (up to 5 years after closure). We will email you when your account has been deleted.
