The Explorify name is also used by Explorify group companies. Whichever Explorify company you deal with, your contract is with Explorify LLC (New York). All reservations and ticket issuance are carried out from the United States.

Make a complaint
If something went wrong before, during or after your journey, please tell us as soon as you can so that we can put it right. You can use the form below or write to [email protected]. Our Terms & Conditions explain the time limits for complaints (section 11). You will receive a reference number when you submit the form.
