Always Explorify LLC, New York. Whichever Explorify company you speak to or receive a payment request from, your contract is with Explorify LLC (New York), and it is legally responsible to you under our Terms & Conditions.

Who do I pay?+

Your payment request shows the amount, the currency and the company that collects it. A payment received by another Explorify group company is received on behalf of Explorify LLC (New York) and counts as payment to us.

Where are reservations made?+

All reservations and ticket issuance for every Explorify booking are carried out from the United States, whichever Explorify company you first contacted and wherever you live.

How do travel agents get trade access?+

Contact us at [email protected] or see our For Travel Agents page. Trade access is for business customers only.

Who looks after my personal data?+

Explorify LLC (New York) is responsible for your personal data. Other group companies may process it only on our behalf and on our instructions. Please read our Privacy Policy for the details.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?+

Write to [email protected] or use the form on our Legal & Complaints page. You will receive a reference number. It does not matter which Explorify company you dealt with.

Can I speak to someone in my region?+

Yes. Our company in Poland welcomes travelers and partners in Europe. Your contract and your journey remain with Explorify LLC, New York, and the same team looks after you.
